| <*dv_1*> Rockefeller Park<*dv_0*>In 1897, John D. Rockefeller and Laura Spelman Rockefeller deeded 200 acres in University Circle to the city for use as a park. Cleveland architect Charles F. Schweinfurth designed the four bridges which cross the Brookway Division of the park. In the 1920s and 1930s the Cleveland Cultural Gardens were constructed to honor the citys diverse ethnic groups. 216/791-3900
